On the occasion of its 7th anniversary, Azhee held a special event in collaboration with the Social Work Department at the College of Arts, Salahaddin University. The gathering brought together students, mental health advocates, artists, and civil society members to reflect on Azhee’s journey—from personal loss to a growing movement for mental health awareness and suicide prevention in Iraq.
The event featured a panel discussion, personal stories, music, and a shared call to continue fighting stigma and building compassionate communities.
Azhee remains committed to turning lived experience into lasting change.
